In early 2005 Chief Entertainment became the production company to set-up and operate TVN, this country’s premier horseracing channel. Broadcasting over 50 hours of live television per week the channel is available on Foxtel Digital, channel 520, and also on big screens in 4800 pubs and clubs nationally. TVN brings you up to 5 race meetings live from around the country, including Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan racing, 7 days a week.
The Chief studios also produce and broadcast many regular magazine style programs for TVN and other clients including BigPond, live to various websites. These programs include, BigPond Sports Weekend with Brad Fittler, Michael Slater, Russell Barwick and John Gibbs, Racing Review with Bruce Clarke and Richard Callander, Panelbeaters with Neil Crompton and Brad Jones and The Right Odds with Frank Colleta, Richard Callander, Peter Lucas and Duncan McRae.
The Chief Studios are also connected with multiple in-bound and out-bound DVN fibres directly to the Sydney Multimedia Node (MMN) via broadcast quality video and audio fibre for receiving and transmitting feeds around the globe.
